At Manchester Orthodontics, we want you to be fully satisfied with your dental care products and accessories. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact and the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your package back to our Manchester facility using a trackable shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
